First Responders

Warriors can use help, too.

First responders - including public health service workers and state, local police and fire safety - protect our nation during and after local and national disasters. Protecting our nation comes at a cost; public health and public safety workers experience a broad range of health and mental health consequences as a result of work anxiety, trauma, and sleep problems, especially during the current political and health crises affecting our nation.

Dr. Tal provides a compassionate and active framework to approach issues affecting first responders and their family members. By using psychological tools and coping skills, you can learn to create a dynamic, successful life with purpose and control.
